Counselling begins individually. An interpersonal approach is used where possible.
An interpersonal approach focuses primarily on relationships. It is well suited to couples counselling.
If you are suitable and feel ready, then Interpersonal group work may be a very effective approach.
Psychometric testing helps with understanding yourself which can produce change even before counselling begins.
